Fadeev pneumatic vibrating table (PVTF) is used for separation of grain crops having equal size and different specific gravity.

During necessary grain grading ahead of it:

  • isolates hard-separable impurities from seed grains of cultivated plants;
  • sorts seeds by productiveness, density, structure of seed grains;
  • selects from seed material the crippled, affected by insect and infected seeds;
  • decreases the difference in plant quality;
  • separates light fractions (arillated) of rice, millet, oat grains from heavy fractions (shelled);
  • separates from seeds the hard (grit, sand, etc) and light components (of germinated seeds, rodent wastes, ergot, panic, runch, etc.).

At customer`s option it is equipped with the aspiration system with air filtration.

Brothers Walter and Edwin Steele in Texas in 1898 developed the world’s first pneumatic vibrating table. Since then, engineers have not been able to invent a more efficient machine for separation by dry method the granular material whose particles are similar in size but different in density. At the same time, the difference in density is negligible.

The work concept of the pneumatic vibrating table is simple. Directional transverse vibration of the deck displaces the grain in the direction of the oscillation pulse (Fig.1), even when the table has lateral tilting angle. During vibration, heavyweight seeds occupy the lower layers and lie on the deck whereas more light seeds are above. If now the uniform air stream is directed through the deck (it is permeable for air) bottom-up with a such intensity so it can lift a little the light grains, and leave heavy leave on the vibrating deck, then they (light grains) begin to slide down, i.e. against the movement of heavy grains (Fig.2). Now you only need to tilt the deck (without changing the transverse angle) in the longitudinal direction and to shake off separately the lightweight and the heavyweight seeds. In pneumatic vibrating tables manufactured by us, there are innovative technologies licensed in Russia and Ukraine.

Vibration frequency control of the deck is performed by the independent frequency control drive.

Operation mode control of the fluidized layer is performed with zone division by four independent fans either of which is controlled by frequency converter.
