Noria Fadeeva. Slow-Speed, Non-Injurious Grain Elevator

Elevator drive (head) upper part

Elevator section

Elevator drive (foot) lower part

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Fadeev’s grain elevators are designed in such a way that they do not injure the grain during operation, and it does not matter what crop you are working with.

The advantages of non-traumatic technology are especially clear for easily damaged crops, such as legumes, rice, etc., where conventional elevators are not acceptable, because These crops are prone to injury, so it is extremely important to use technologies that preserve their germination and yield potential.

Operating principle

The operating principle of Fadeev’s low-speed grain elevator is simple at first glance, but at the same time unique.

The seeds are not thrown, but are poured neatly onto the back of the next bucket - this way all the grain comes off without impact.

Buckets are made of a special polymer that is strong and elastic enough to withstand workloads in the temperature range from -25 to +45 without losing their performance characteristics or cracking.

BUCKET LAYOUT

The fastening of the buckets to the belt is designed in such a way that the gap between them is minimal and does not allow grain to get into the gaps, which reduces seed spillage at the time of loading the elevator to 0.05%.

The belt speed is adjustable in the range from 0 to 0.7 m/s. The tape is made of high-strength material, which ensures the durability of the entire elevator.

The lower part of the elevator is spherical, there is access to the bottom, which can be easily opened to remove and control the remaining grain from the last batch.

Advantages of Fadeev elevator

  • Noria does not injure grain
  • Economical energy consumption (from 0.5 to 4 kW)
  • Convenient adjustment of operating speed (from 0 to 0.7 m/s)
  • Due to the arrangement of the buckets, the load on the moving elements of the elevator is reduced, which increases its service life.
